Job summary

Maxhunt Resource Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive facilities/operations assistant to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned school areas, open and secure classrooms, and arrange furniture for meetings and events.

You will provide logistical support for daily school activities, conduct basic facility checks, report maintenance issues, and assist with printing and other general duties, working as part of a small team.

Qualifications

• Relevant operations, logistics, facilities or school experience is preferred.
• Able to use basic office equipment.
• Responsible, organised and able to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned school areas.
• Open and secure classrooms, gates and offices.
• Arrange furniture and equipment for meetings, examinations and school events.
• Provide logistical support for daily school activities.
• Conduct basic facility checks and report maintenance issues.
• Assist with printing, photocopying, laminating and other general duties.
• Perform other duties assigned by the school.
