Job summary

LAMBDA COMPUTING SOLUTIONS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Operation Support Officer to back daily MOE Secondary School operations near Buangkok MRT. The role focuses on safety, cleanliness, and a well-organised learning environment.

You will work with the Principal, Operations Manager, and school staff to maintain facilities, support events, manage security, and perform after-hours duties including locking gates and resetting systems.

Qualifications

• PSLE or equivalent qualification.
• Able to communicate effectively with staff, students, and visitors.
• Medically fit and comfortable performing physical duties.
• 1 year of experience in school operations, cleaning, facilities support, or logistics is preferred.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep the cleanliness of classrooms, special rooms, staff rooms, school common areas and General Office.
• Support school to provide logistic support for events, daily activities and meetings, including setup/clear up of venue and furniture.
• Responsible for security of classrooms, offices and common areas by locking/unlocking doors, windows and shutters.
• Assist the Operations Manager in basic facilities management and maintenance; conduct regular checks and coordinate vendors/contractors.
• Daily checks to ensure areas are well maintained.
• Arm and disarm the school’s security system.
• Close up after school including gates, shutters, lights, fans and AC; ensure doors are locked.
• Familiarise with fire alarm system and reset when required; in-house training provided.
• Familiarise with electrical systems and reset circuit breakers during power failures; in-house training provided.
• Support science lab with cleaning and prep of materials as needed.
• Any other duties assigned by School Leaders and Admin/Operations Managers.
