Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a reliable kitchen support aide to assist during cooking lessons and school events. You will organize ingredients and utensils, support teachers in practical sessions, and help with safety and cleanliness.

Duties include cleaning dishes, stoves, and workstations, maintaining utensils and appliances, checking safety switches, and reporting faulty equipment. You will also assist with inventory, stock checks, and special tasks during holidays as directed

Responsibilities

• Organise and prepare ingredients and utensils for each class
• Assist teachers during practical lessons to ensure safety and proper use of equipment
• Wash and clean dishes, stoves, sinks, and workstations after each cooking lesson
• Clean and maintain all kitchen utensils and appliances after each use
• Check that switches & gas taps are off after lessons and report faulty equipment
• Support the process of accounting for loaned laptops and chargers; account for resources in the cupboard
• Organise equipment and materials in drawers; return items to labelled drawers
• Maintain first-aid kits and ensure safety signage are in place
• Deep cleaning during school holidays: clean stoves, refrigerators, and equipment; dispose rubbish
• Keep appliances stored properly after use and report any issues to teachers
