Job summary

SUNNYHILL ACE PTE. LTD. invites a Kitchen Assistant to support Food & Consumer Education classes in a Singapore secondary school.

You will prepare ingredients, measure portions, and help maintain classroom kitchens for safe, hygienic operations. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as FCE/NFS kitchen assistant in a Singapore Secondary School.
• WSQ FSC Level 1 Certificate held.
• PSLE qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify ingredient orders; measure and portion ingredients before classes.
• Supervise two training kitchens and one Teacher Preparation Room; uphold food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Conduct stock-taking and inventory logs for textbooks, appliances, utensils, and hardware.
• Assist teachers during practical culinary sessions, ensuring safety and guiding basic food preparation.
