Job summary

LAMBDA COMPUTING SOLUTIONS (S) PTE. LTD. invites applications for an ICT Support Officer to assist an MOE Primary School near Choa Chu Kang MRT.

You will work with HOD/ICT, ICT Manager and school leaders to ensure smooth ICT operations and daily activities. Responsibilities include setting up ICT/AV equipment for assemblies, supporting e-Examinations, managing student devices, creating multimedia resources, and assisting with ICT initiatives.

Qualifications

• IT-related diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience producing multimedia projects and setting up basic AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for daily school operations and ICT/AV issues.
• Set up and maintain ICT and AV systems across the school for assemblies and events.
• Support e-Examinations and school-based assessments with devices and peripherals.
• Prepare and manage shared student devices for teaching and learning.
• Create and edit multimedia resources and video highlights for events.
• Provide ICT/AV support during events and exams.
• Take photos and videos during school events.
• Assist in stocktaking and maintenance of ICT assets.
• Support ICT initiatives and digital transformation with recommended tools.
• Undertake other ICT duties as assigned.
