Job summary

Flintex Consulting is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the Health Centre across a school campus in Singapore. The role oversees delivery of high-quality nursing care, ensures smooth day-to-day operation, and supports the wellbeing of students and employees.

The Nurse Manager will manage the nursing team, ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding policies, and collaborate with campus leadership to promote a health-focused environment on and off campus.

Qualifications

• Nurse registered with SNB.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide and facilitate Health & First Aid service in an educational institution (students & employees).
• Maintain Health and First Aid areas safe and functional; restock First Aid Kits as needed.
• Assess and treat illnesses and accidents.
• Generate monthly Health & Safety reports.
• Arrange health screenings with Senior Leaders and designated managers.
• Collaborate with external providers for health tests (hearing tests, vaccinations).
• Develop a health education plan aligned with Unit of Inquiry.
• Attend camps as medical support (local & international).
• Support Outdoor Education for camps and international games with medical info and First Aid kits.
• Liaise with International SOS to relay medical details before trips.
• Monitor student vaccination records per health board recommendations.
• Provide medical input into risk assessments for activities.
• Track illnesses and trigger actions to prevent outbreaks.
• Report infectious disease outbreaks to CDLENS.
