Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a School Attendant to support daily facility operations at the school campus.

You will perform indoor cleaning of classrooms and facilities, assist with maintenance, manage room openings and security alarms, help with events, care for indoor plants, coordinate with contractors, and carry out ad-hoc duties as directed by School Leaders and the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a School Attendant.
• Prior experience in a school environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Internet applications such as WhatsApp.
• Able to communicate and write in English and one Mother Tongue.
• Physically fit, punctual, and a good team player.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform indoor cleaning of school facilities, including rooms, pantry, carpets, windows, and bins.
• Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of school facilities and supplies.
• Handle opening/closing of rooms and gates, security alarms, and report security concerns.
• Support school events with logistics, furniture/equipment arrangement, traffic control, and ushering.
• Maintain indoor house plants.
• Coordinate with term contractors for school facilities, grounds, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the School Leaders and Operations Manager
