Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent school support staff to perform indoor cleaning and facility upkeep across school facilities. You will assist in security, events, vendor coordination, and general tasks as directed by School Leaders and Operations Managers.

The role involves daily cleaning, security duties, event logistics, and coordination with contractors to maintain the school environment. Work is on-site at school facilities in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• In-door cleaning of school facilities: wipe tables, windows, vacuum carpets, clean pantry, and empty trash bins.
• Assist Operations Manager with general maintenance and ensure supplies are well stocked.
• Lock and unlock school rooms; manage security including gates and alarm systems; report security concerns.
• Support routine tasks and events: logistics for school events, moving furniture, and ushering if needed.
• Maintain indoor house plants.
• Assist in coordinating with term contractors for grounds, facilities and equipment maintenance.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by School Leaders and Operations Managers.

Job description

1.In-door cleaning duties of school facilities rooms, such as wiping tables, wiping windows, vacuuming carpets, pantry cleaning, clearing trash bins.

2.Assist Operations Manager in general maintenance of school environment and upkeep of school facilities such as reporting building and equipment defects and checking school supplies are well stocked.

3.Locking and unlocking of school rooms. Ensure the security of the school including the opening and closing of school gates and rooms; operating the security alarm system; and reporting cases of security concern.

4.Provide support for routine operational tasks and ad-hoc tasks such as logistical support for school events including carrying and arranging furniture and equipment; and performing traffic control or ushering duties if required.

5. In-door maintenance of house plants.

6.Assist the Operations Manager in-coordinating with Term Contractors for the maintenance of school ground, facilities and equipment

7.Any adhoc duties tasked by the School Leaders and Operations Managers
