Job summary

Nextbeat Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Kitchen Manager / Canteen Division Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations at a school canteen on the West Coast.

The role includes menu planning for three meals a day, ensuring nutritionally balanced meals, and managing a team of eight kitchen staff. Salary up to SGD 12,000 monthly and negotiable, with 44 hours weekly. Responsibilities include food preparation, quality control, food safety, and coordinating with school management to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience and ability to handle daily kitchen ops.
• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to plan nutritionally balanced menus for students.
• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Plan monthly menus for three meals a day for students with balanced nutrition.
• Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes; ensure freshness and quality.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and sanitation.
• Lead and supervise a team of 8 kitchen staff; manage rosters and supplies.
• Liaise with school management on kitchen ops and food quality.
