Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated kitchen assistant for a school canteen in Singapore. You will help prepare breakfast, lunch and tea-breaks for children and assist with ingredient handling and storage.

Responsibilities include following Health Promotion Board healthy eating guidelines, ensuring proper storage, washing utensils, and maintaining strict hygiene, safety, and ECDA SOP-compliant cleanliness of workstations and equipment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a Food & Hygiene Certificate.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week.
• Experience in school canteen or hawker settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch and tea-break for children.
• Assist with handling ingredients and storage.
• Prepare meals according to healthy eating guidelines from Health Promotion Board.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Wash kitchen utensils and keep work area clean.
• Adhere to food hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Clean and sanitise workstations and equipment per ECDA SOP.
