Job summary

MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. is deployed to an MOE affiliated school to manage and maintain the school's AV and PA systems, provide technical support for lessons, events, and exams, and coordinate with ICT teams and vendors.

You will handle inventory and loan records, assist with video production and editing, support staff during lessons and exams, and ensure reliable AV services for meetings, CCAs, and school functions.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification in audio, video, or media production field.
• 1 year of working experience with AV equipment.
• 1 year of working experience with broadcasting event.
• 1 year of working experience in a school-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Public Address (PA) system maintenance and issues resolution in school, with external vendors as needed.
• Provide AV/Multimedia technical support to staff for lessons, exams, meetings and events.
• Manage AV equipment during school events and set-ups as requested by staff.
• Maintain inventory and loan records of AV and PA equipment; perform regular checks.
• Collaborate with ICT team for AV/Multimedia requirements and support across staff and students.
• Provide AV/Multimedia technical guidance to support teaching, exams, and school functions.
• Manage AV equipment in classrooms; monitor usage and perform termly maintenance.
• Perform half-yearly preventive maintenance for standard classroom equipment (projector, visualizer).
• Troubleshoot and propose AV solutions; explore new ways to solve AV & broadcast issues.
• Guide students in managing AV equipment.
