Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd, Singapore, is seeking an organised admin support helper to maintain data records and stocktaking of teachers' resources. You will also prepare teaching resources for classroom use and assist Heads of Department with relief duties.

In addition, you will serve as safety chaperone during daily arrivals/dismissals and school events, including external Learning Journeys and concerts, providing essential registration and ushering support.

Qualifications

• Preferably at least 1 year relevant experience.
• Preferably Sec 4 education or equivalent.
• Preferably conversant in MS Word & MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update data records, stocktaking of teachers' resources and inventory.
• Prepare teaching resources for classroom use.
• Assist Heads of Department with relief duties.
• Serve as safety chaperone (daily arrival/dismissal, external Learning Journeys, recess play).
• Provide admin support during school events (usher for Parent-Teacher meetings, registration counter for school concerts).
