Job summary

Symrise Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Executive (Scent & Care) in Singapore to coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure accuracy and safety. You will manage inventory, process SAP transactions, cycle counts and reporting, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role demands a Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline, plus experience in warehousing, logistics or operations.

Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
Knowledge of chemical handling or Hazardous Substances training is an advantage.
Demonstrates strong analytical, root cause analysis and decision-making skills.
Proven track record in warehousing, logistics, and operations.

Responsibilities

Support and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in rostering, resource planning and cost-effective operations within the warehouse.
Draft, review and implement operational instructions, procedures and forms.
Maintain inventory records and support month-end updates and billing.
Generate picklists and perform post goods issue for outbound deliveries.
Perform system goods receipt for direct and indirect goods and support audits.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure availability of supplies from storage locations.
Manage replenishment of warehouse consumables and cycle counts.
Support SAP testing, system enhancements and user acceptance testing where required.
