Job summary

TikTok is offering a Project Intern role to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will contribute to short-term projects, support offline activations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic setting.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree and are fluent in English and Chinese. A minimum commitment of 3 days per week for at least 6 months is required, with exposure to sales, operations, and data analysis activities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related discipline.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is mandatory for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing offline activations/events; preparation and organization on D-Day.
• Collaborate with cross functions and external parties.
• Assist in preparing sales and education materials for agency & client engagements.
• Research and document client's competitors' advertising activities to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in ad operation troubleshooting and escalations, including appealing rejected ads and submitting tickets.
• Build and maintain a real-time dashboard for agent advertising spending and conduct attribution analysis by country/industry/product dimension.
• Identify growth opportunities for high-potential agents.
• Track the progress of commission incentive policies.
• Other monetization-related operational tasks for non-China advertising business, collaborating with sales to drive key projects.
• Help manage team projects and timelines.
