Job summary

TikTok Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Intern to support the Scaled Growth team in Singapore.

You will contribute to short-term projects, gain hands-on experience, and work in a fast-paced environment while developing practical skills and exploring a career in marketing operations. Responsibilities include assisting with offline activations, preparing sales materials, researching competitors, and building dashboards to analyze agent performance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in management, statistics, economics, computer science, economics and trade, advertising, foreign languages, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required; written and spoken Chinese essential for stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel and data management tools.
• Self-starter, fast-learner, collaborative, with strong attention to detail.
• Available to work a minimum of 3 days/week for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing offline activations and events; assist in D-Day preparation and organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties.
• Prepare sales and education materials for agency and client engagements.
• Research and document competitors' advertising activities to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in ad operation troubleshooting and escalations, including appealing rejected ads and submitting tickets.
• Build and maintain a real-time dashboard for agent advertising spending and conduct attribution analysis by country/industry/product.
• Identify growth opportunities for high-potential agents.
• Track the progress of commission incentive policies.
• Handle monetization-related operational tasks for non-China advertising, coordinating with sales teams.
• Help manage team projects and timelines.

Project Intern: for current students who are not yet graduating, looking to gain practical hands-on experience. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in management, statistics, economics, computer science, economics and trade, advertising, foreign languages, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in the following languages: English and Chinese.

Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Chinese-speaking markets.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel, Data Management Tools.
• Self-starter, fast-learner, collaborative, curious, with strong attention to detail.
• Available to work a minimum of 3 days/week for a minimum of 6 months.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Strong learning ability, with internship experience in Product Operation and Data Analysis.
• 6-12 months commitment.
