Job summary

TikTok Pte. Ltd. invites an energetic Project Intern to join the Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams in Singapore.

You will contribute to short-term projects, gain hands-on experience, and help translate growth levers into actionable steps for campaigns and advertiser partnerships. Responsibilities include developing programs to unlock spend, tracking progress, and building dashboards to monitor impact.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with ability to present narratives.
• Experience in Excel/Sheets and presentation tools is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive actionable next steps for growth levers and programs.
• Develop and operationalize targeted programs to unlock incremental spend.
• Track program progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
• Build trackers and reporting to monitor pipeline and impact.
• Support research to identify new market opportunities and narratives.
• Assist with sales enablement materials and subvertical playbooks.
• Support planning for major e-commerce moments and campaigns.
