Job summary

Public Service Division seeks a professional to support the Infocomm Resource and Networks Division in Singapore. You will assist in reviewing satellite regulatory frameworks, coordinating with government agencies, and participating in ITU activities relevant to Singapore’s satellite networks.

The role also focuses on NTN for 5G/6G, studying integration architectures with satellite constellations and terrestrial networks, and ensuring regulatory compliance across space and ground segments.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical and electronics engineering, preferably info-communications technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in satellite communications.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills; ability to collaborate in multicultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Review Singapore’s satellite regulatory framework (ITU liaison).
• Coordinate with ministries and government agencies on space economy.
• Participate in ITU activities relating to satellite networks.
• Study NTN capabilities for 5G/6G integration and deployment options.
• Analyze regulatory landscape for space and ground segments.
