Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and programmes to suit client needs.
• Manage and supervise Satellite Hub operations.
• Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Implement and evaluate work processes for smooth operations.
• Lead outreach to clients, volunteers and community partners.
• Oversee engagement and development of the Satellite Hub team.
