Job summary

ST Engineering Advanced Networks & Sensors in Singapore seeks an experienced Technical Lead for SATCOM system integration and related solution design. You will lead end-to-end implementation for demanding clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, cutting-edge connectivity solutions.

The role requires deep SATCOM knowledge, RF equipment familiarity, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in SATCOM system integration.
• Knowledge of SATCOM terminals and RF equipment.
• Ability to perform link budget analysis and system verification.
• Familiarity with test tools such as Spectrum Analyzer and Network Tester.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead specialized in SATCOM System Integration. The ideal candidate plays a critical role in local presales and projects solutioning and implementation. The candidate will provide technical expertise, solution design, and system implementation to potential clients. This role requires technical knowledge in end-to-end solution involving satellite communication systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible for design, integrate and commissioning of Satellite Communication (SATCOM) and Network System
• Understand contractual and project requirements and specifications, propose and generate (SATCOM) system architecture and designs
• Perform detailed technical analysis and verifications to validate system design and implementation
• Conduct design reviews presentations with customers
• Perform proof of concepts and support overseas trials or demos
• Responsible for SATCOM system and network configurations, acceptance, interface and performance testing and commissioning of SATCOM systems
• Perform root cause analysis & rectify technical issues
• Provide up-to-date project documentation and reports
• Keeping up with market trends
