You will ensure smooth migration from ECC to S4 and provide expert guidance on integration with related systems. The role demands hands-on SAP technical leadership, experience with Fiori/UI5, IDocs, and BTP, and the ability to work with site teams and vendors in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA migration projects across ECC to S/4.
• Strong technical leadership with hands-on SAP development and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to coordinate UAT testing and user onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S4 technical activities for site readiness and UAT coordination.

Job Summary

Act as the SAP S4 technical lead to drive site readiness, coordinate UAT testing, support user onboarding, and lead deployment of critical S4 solutions, ensuring smooth migration and integration from ECC to S4.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S4 technical activities to facilitate site readiness and coordinate UAT testing for successful migration
• Serve as the SAP functional single point of contact (SPOC) for ECC to S4 migration projects
• Provide technical advice and hands‑on support to site teams on S4 functionalities and UAT testing processes
• Deliver integration support for peripherals and systems connected to SAP S4 to ensure seamless operations
• Resolve post-migration IDOC errors and provide hypercare technical support to maintain system stability
• Assist in user training by explaining S4 technical functionalities to enhance user adoption
• Assess and verify S4 user roles to ensure appropriate access and compliance
• Lead workshops to gather detailed information for fit-gap analysis and blueprint documentation
• Document functional requirements related to Enterprise Asset Planning and Plant Maintenance business processes
• Advise users on SAP S4 solutions and capabilities to optimize business processes
• Analyze and troubleshoot critical production incidents, performing root‑cause analysis and database performance optimization
• Apply project management discipline using Agile methodologies to manage vendors and stakeholders effectively
• Communicate technical constraints and trade‑offs clearly to non‑technical business partners to facilitate informed decisions

Technical Skills

• Demonstrate strong command of OOABAP, IDocs, OData, enhancement frameworks, smart/Adobe forms, and object‑oriented ALV development
• Utilize modern SAP ecosystem tools including SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, Clean Core architecture, and cloud integration technologies
