Job summary

AMTSOL, a global life sciences automation specialist, seeks an SAP Migration Consultant to support ECC to S/4HANA migrations in GMP environments in Singapore. You will troubleshoot SAP issues and guide users, coordinating with IT, MES, QA and operations to ensure a smooth transition.

The role requires hands-on SAP ECC/S/4HANA experience, end-to-end migration knowledge, and strong stakeholder communication for site-wide adoption. On-site in Singapore with global coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP consulting, application support, or migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA migrations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end SAP migration and upgrade processes.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical GMP environments.
• Familiarity with SAP–MES integration and IDoc troubleshooting.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and translate into user guidance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Collaborate with operations, IT, MES, QA, and global SMEs to resolve issues.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and resolutions to strengthen site support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support site readiness preparation and end-to-end SAP migration activities from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Support the full SAP lifecycle upgrade, including planning, testing, cutover, user migration, and post-migration stabilisation.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues independently and provide practical solutions and guidance to site users, with minimal reliance on the global team.
• Support shift assurance and maintain operational continuity throughout migration and stabilisation.
• Troubleshoot SAP–MES integration issues, including IDoc errors, interface failures, and connectivity issues.
• Guide users through migration activities, address user challenges, and support change management and system adoption.
• Collaborate with site operations, IT, MES, QA, and Global SMEs to resolve issues and ensure alignment with site and corporate requirements.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and resolutions to strengthen site-level support capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP consulting, application support, or migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, preferably with ECC-to-S/4HANA migration experience.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end SAP migration and lifecycle upgrade process.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments, preferably under GMP.
• Knowledge of SAP–MES integration, particularly IDoc errors and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience in site readiness, cutover, hypercare, and post-migration stabilisation.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and translate them into practical solutions for end users.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
