ABeam Consulting (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to work with client teams on transformation projects. You will handle data gathering, design, implementation, and post-implementation support across SAP SF modules for Singapore clients.

The role requires hands-on SAP SF experience, strong techno-functional skills with HR teams, and willingness to work onsite in Singapore. Certification in SAP SF and readiness to learn additional modules are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors hands-on consulting experience in a client-facing environment.
Strong techno-functional experience liaising with the client HR team.
Must be certified in at least one SAP SF module.
Proficient in business analysis, business knowledge, testing, architecture knowledge, and technical solution design.
Presales experience will be an added advantage.
Willing to work full-time onsite in Singapore.
Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules.

Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional teams and client HR to gather requirements and design SAP SF solutions.
Lead end-to-end data gathering, project design, implementation, and post-implementation support.
Identify and solve complex business problems requiring data-driven analysis.
Carry out SAP SF integration projects with HCM requirements and standard integration to SAP SF system.
Execute SAP SF implementations for Singapore clients across industries.
Apply strong HCM/SF module knowledge in a consulting setting.
