Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to work with client teams on transformation projects. You will handle data gathering, design, implementation, and post-implementation support across SAP SF modules for Singapore clients.

The role requires hands-on SAP SF experience, strong techno-functional skills with HR teams, and willingness to work onsite in Singapore. Certification in SAP SF and readiness to learn additional modules are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors hands-on consulting experience in a client-facing environment.
• Strong techno-functional experience liaising with the client HR team.
• Must be certified in at least one SAP SF module.
• Proficient in business analysis, business knowledge, testing, architecture knowledge, and technical solution design.
• Presales experience will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Singapore.
• Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams and client HR to gather requirements and design SAP SF solutions.
• Lead end-to-end data gathering, project design, implementation, and post-implementation support.
• Identify and solve complex business problems requiring data-driven analysis.
• Carry out SAP SF integration projects with HCM requirements and standard integration to SAP SF system.
• Execute SAP SF implementations for Singapore clients across industries.
• Apply strong HCM/SF module knowledge in a consulting setting.

About the Team

The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner. The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.

Responsibilities

• As ABSG SAP SF Consultant, you will be working and liaising with our client with cross-functional teams. IT development team and business users as consulting level
• Involved in the full process of data gathering and analysis on user requirement, project design, strong project implementation, post-implementation support and roll-out.
• Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• You will be involved in carrying out SAP integration projects with HCM requirements and standard integration to the SAP SF system
• You will work on implementation for Singapore clients for SuccessFactors
• Strong function and/or technical skills in all areas of the HCM/SF modules in a consulting environment in various industries

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years in SAP SuccessFactors hands-on experience in consulting environment
• Sound Techno-Functional experience liaising with the client HR team
• Must be certified in any of one of the mentioned modules
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design
• Presales experience will be added advantage
• Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules
• Able to work full time onsite in Singapore
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Work Visa will be provided
• Candidates should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
• Candidates have expertise in a specific technology environment. They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management. This role also requires functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
