Job summary

Affluent Software Innovations is seeking an experienced SAP CPI Consultant to join our Singapore team. You will design and implement SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and SuccessFactors integrations, working across SAP and non-SAP systems.

The role requires hands-on CPI development, iFlow configuration and collaboration with stakeholders on end‑to‑end integration projects, including testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of overall SAP integration experience with CPI
• Proven implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs, OData, REST, SOAP and web services
• Hands-on experience with iFlow development and configuration
• Good understanding of message mapping, XSLT, Groovy scripting, JSON, XML and data transformations
• Experience with CPI adapters: HTTP, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDoc and REST
• Knowledge of authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth and certificates
• Understanding of end-to-end data flows and integration architecture
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement integration solutions using SAP CPI
• Develop and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems
• Lead end-to-end integration projects from requirements through deployment and support
• Configure and develop iFlows, APIs, adapters, mappings, transformations and error handling
• Integrate SuccessFactors modules with external systems such as SAP ERP or non‑SAP systems
• Troubleshoot interfaces, monitor integrations, and perform root‑cause analysis
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams and prepare technical docs
• Support testing cycles including unit, integration, and UAT

About the Role

Affluent Software Innovations is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors CPI Consultant to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in SAP Cloud Integration(CPI) and SuccessFactors integrations, with proven experience in implementing integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement integration solutions using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).


• Develop and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors modules and SAP/non-SAPapplications.


• Work on end‑to‑end integration implementation projects, including requirement gathering, mapping, development, testing, deployment, and support.


• Configure and develop iFlows, APIs, adapters, mappings, transformations, and exception‑handling mechanisms.


• Integrate SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, Employee Central Payroll, or other relevant modules with external systems.


• Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor interfaces, and provide root‑cause analysis and resolution.


• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand integration requirements.


• Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, mapping documents, and deployment/support documentation.


• Participate in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.


• Support production deployments, monitoring, and post‑go‑live activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–6 years of overall SAP integration experience, with strong hands‑on experience in SAP CPI / SAP Cloud Integration.


• Proven implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations.


• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs, OData, REST, SOAP, and web services.


• Hands‑on experience with iFlow development and configuration.


• Good understanding of message mapping, XSLT, Groovy scripting, JSON, XML, and data transformations.


• Experience working with CPI adapters such as HTTP, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDoc, and REST.


• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and related integration scenarios.


• Experience with integration monitoring, error handling, retries, and troubleshooting.


• Understanding of authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth, Basic Authentication, certificates, and secure credentials.


• Good understanding of integration architecture and end‑to‑end data flows.


• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Preferred / Good to Have

• SAP SuccessFactors certification and/or SAP Integration Suite certification.


• Experience with SAP Integration Suite and related integration capabilities.


• Exposure to SAP BTP.


• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, payroll systems, identity management systems, or third‑party applications.


• Knowledge of API Management, Event Mesh, or other BTP integration capabilities.


• Experience working in an international or client‑facing consulting environment.

Candidate Profile

• Strong hands‑on technical and implementation background.


• Ability to independently handle integration development and troubleshooting.


• Comfortable working with functional and technical stakeholders.


• Willingness to work from Singapore and collaborate with international project teams.


• Strong documentation and communication skills.
