Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead and deliver complex HCM/SF implementations for local and regional clients. This role requires hands-on, techno-functional expertise and strong client-facing skills to ensure on-time deployments.

You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive successful rollouts within Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in Singapore consulting
• Active hands-on techno-functional experience liaising with Singapore clients HR teams
• Certified in at least 2 SuccessFactors modules
• Proficient in business analysis, testing, architecture knowledge and solution design

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full SuccessFactors and SAP HCM projects in Singapore
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions and drive rollouts
• Ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction through hands-on project leadership

The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.

Job Description:

This is SAP project delivery-focused role, managing complex SuccessFactors implementation. You are to manage the entire SuccessFactors and SAP HCM projects along with other members to ensure meeting our clients' timeline and deliveries.You must work onsite and must be able to travel frequently within Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• As SuccessFactors Project Manager, you will be working and liaising with our top clients with cross-functional teams.
• Involve in the full process of data gathering and analysis on user requirement, project design, strong project implementation in HCM modules, post-implementation support and roll-out.
• Identify, assess and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• You will work on implementation for Singapore clients for SuccessFactors
• Work with ABeam’s regional COE team for various activities.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience working inSingaporeconsulting environment
• Active hands-on Techno-Functional experience liaising withSingaporeclients HR team & customer fronting
• Very experienced function and/or technical skills in all areas of the HCM/SF modules in Singapore consulting environment in various industries
• Must be certified in any of minimum 2 SuccessFactors modules
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical & functional Solution Design
• Presales experience will be added advantage
• Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Candidates have expertise in a SuccessFactors & SAP HCM implementation processes
• You should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
• You are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management. This role also requires functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training
• Must be presently in Singapore and able to work onsite
