Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP Director to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs across Supply Chain, Retail, and Enterprise Operations. The role requires 15+ years in SAP consulting, a proven track record delivering ERP transformations across multiple countries, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP consulting and transformation experience.
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programs.
• Strong background in SAP enterprise transformation.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex SAP implementations across multiple countries.
• Demonstrated success in executive stakeholder and client relationship management.
• Track record of leading consulting teams and delivering transformation outcomes.
• Experience contributing to business development, sales pursuits, and account growth.

• Collaborate with SAP and alliance partners to strengthen go-to-market offerings and drive pipeline growth.
• Build, coach, and lead high-performing consulting and delivery teams.

About The Role
