Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable SAP project coordination professional to drive system implementation projects in Singapore.

You will manage progress, resolve issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. You will support SIT and UAT activities, assist with business process re-engineering, data migration, and cutover planning. Strong English and Japanese communication are required to collaborate with Japanese-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP project coordination or PMO experience.
• Experience leading SIT and UAT activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in governance, risk, issue tracking, and status reporting.
• Familiarity with cutover planning and data migration.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA project implementations.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese communication.
