Job summary

Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Senior Consultant for SAP S/4HANA System Implementation PMO (Japanese Speaking). You will manage project progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and support system implementations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' SAP PMO experience, with strong English and Japanese communication and hands-on SAP S/4HANA deployments. You will lead SIT/UAT, data migration, cutover activities, and ensure timely delivery in a banking/financial project

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of SAP project coordination, PMO, testing, or system implementation projects.
Experience leading and coordinating SIT and UAT activities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across users, teams and vendors.
Experience in project governance, risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting.
Familiarity with cutover planning, data migration, and deployment activities.
Hands-on SAP S/4HANA project implementations and bilingual English/Japanese communication.

Responsibilities

Manage project progress and resolve issues to ensure timely project delivery.
Support users throughout system implementation projects.
Assist with business process re-engineering and process improvement initiatives.
Provide PMO support and coordinate project activities with stakeholders.
