Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a SAP SD Consultant to work on-site with the client's project team. You will define test scope, script and execute tests across data migration cycles, collaborating with cross-functional groups.

You will perform data validation, support cutover activities, and ensure SAP SD processes such as orders, pricing, and invoicing align with project lifecycle. A hands-on role requiring solid SAP S/4HANA experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least one full life-cycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
• Minimum 6 years of SAPSD working experience in a high-tech manufacturing/OEM or consumer products environment.

Responsibilities

• Take a hands-on role in test scope definition and test scripting. Execute Unit Testing and String Testing after code remediation. Perform end-to-end Integration Testing and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Perform data validation using the client's selected tools during each data migration cycle.
• Coordinate across multiple tracks and functions for cutover discussions and activities.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of issues identified throughout testing, business data validation, and cutover cycles. Work across teams to triage and resolve issues under time pressure.
• Execute project deliverables, set priorities, and monitor and report on process, progress, risk, and results. Communicate project status to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Partner with the business to ensure expectations are met and managed. Ensure consistent delivery of quality work in line with the client's project lifecycle.

Job Summary

SAP SD Consultant needed in Singapore to work on-site at the client's project. As part of a vendor-deployed team, you will take a hands-on role in test scope definition, test scripting, and execution across the project's testing and data migration cycles, working closely with the client's cross-functional teams.

Key Qualifications

• At least one full life-cycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
• Good understanding of Finished Goods business processes.
• Hands-on SAP SD experience is essential — including work on implementations around IDOCs, Orders, Pricing, Invoicing, and Outputs.
• Experience performing detailed system analysis, developing functional and technical specifications, and hands-on configuration for S/4HANA in a large-scale project implementation(preferably for a global, multi-national organisation).
• Played a key SD functional role in all Testing phases and Cutover activities for an S/4HANAproject implementation. Experience with Test Automation, Data Migration, and Data Validation tools is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple organisations to successfully implement projects spanning multiple SAP modules.
• Worked closely with Technical, DevOps, and other teams in the design and implementation of SAPS/4HANA.
• Open and adaptive to learning new technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Cross-functional team experience, with strong configuration and development skills.
