Job summary

ARISTON SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced SAP PS/PM Functional Consultant to lead the PS/PM workstream during SAP S/4HANA implementation. The role requires strong expertise in project systems, plant maintenance, and cross-module integration with SD, HCM/Payroll and FI/CO.

You will design PS structures, billing milestones, revenue recognition, and project profitability reporting, and provide functional leadership across project systems and related business processes.

Qualifications

• 15-18 years of overall SAP/ERP experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP PS experience, with finance, billing and project profitability.
• 5+ years of SAP PM/SM experience.
• Strong cross-module integration experience, especially PS with SD, FI/CO, HCM/Payroll and PM.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP PS/PM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation and cross-module integration. The successful candidate will lead the SAP PS/PM functional workstream and provide functional leadership across project systems, plant maintenance and related business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP Project Systems (PS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) functional workstream.
• Lead functional workshops and translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Design SAP PS structures, milestone and resource-related billing, revenue recognition and project profitability reporting.
• Lead SAP PM design covering equipment master data, maintenance strategies and service management processes.
• Govern cross-module integration between PS and SD, HCM/Payroll, FI/CO and PM, including integration with time-recording solutions.
• Lead end-to-end functional design, configuration, testing and implementation activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and other SAP functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Provide functional leadership to workstream members and coordinate activities across the relevant functional teams.
• Conduct knowledge transfer, solution walkthroughs and user workshops.
• Support solution validation and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• 15-18 years of overall SAP/ERP experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP PS experience, with strong knowledge of finance, billing and project profitability processes.
• 5+ years of SAP PM/SM experience.
• Strong SAP cross-module integration experience, particularly PS with SD, FI/CO, HCM/Payroll and PM.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, preferably including Greenfield implementations.
• Strong functional experience in service-delivery or asset-intensive industries.
• Demonstrated experience leading SAP functional workstreams or small functional teams.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.
• Experience supporting subsequent regional or country rollouts following a Greenfield implementation.
• Experience with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) and project-related revenue recognition.
• Experience with service management and asset-intensive business processes.
