Job summary

Accenture Pte Ltd is seeking an SAP PSPM Lead to drive end-to-end business processes within S/4HANA programs, focusing on SAP PS and PM. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project billing, revenue recognition, and project financial management.
• Cross-module integration experience with FI/CO, SD, and HCM.
• Ability to lead stakeholder workshops and manage complex requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business processes for SAP PS and PM within S/4HANA programs.
• Design and configure PS structures: WBS, networks, milestone billing, and resource-related billing.
• Drive project financial management, cost planning, tracking, and integration with RAR.
• Design and implement SAP PM solutions: equipment master data, maintenance plans, maintenance processes.
• Ensure seamless integration across PS-SD-FI/CO-HCM and PM-logistics/asset processes.
• Act as integration lead across value streams, aligning with Order-to-Cash, Hire-to-Retire, and Record-to-Report.
• Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, validation sessions, and design discussions.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations.

About the Role

As an SAP PSPM Lead, you will drive the end-to-end businessprocesses / workstream, focusing on SAP Project Systems (PS) and PlantMaintenance (PM). You will lead the design, integration, and delivery ofscalable solutions that enable efficient project execution, asset lifecyclemanagement, and financial transparency across enterprise operations.

• Lead the end-to-end business processes / workstream,covering SAP Project Systems (PS) and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) within S/4HANAprograms
• Design and configure PS structures, including Work BreakdownStructures (WBS), networks, milestone billing, and resource-related billing
• Drive project financial management processes, including costplanning, tracking, and integration with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting(RAR)
• Design and implement SAP PM solutions, including equipmentmaster data, maintenance plans, preventive and corrective maintenance, andservice management processes
• Ensure seamless integration across modules, including PSwith SD, FI/CO, and HCM/Payroll, and PM with logistics and asset-relatedprocesses
• Act as the integration lead across key value streams,aligning with other processes / workstreams like Order-to-Cash, Hire-to-Retire,and Record-to-Report
• Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, solution validationsessions, and design discussions to align stakeholders and drivedecision-making

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering,Business, or a related field
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in SAP, with strongexpertise in Project Systems (PS) and Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Proven track record of leading workstreams in at least oneend-to-end SAP implementation or transformation program
• Strong understanding of project billing, revenuerecognition, and project financial management processes
• Experience in cross-module integration, particularly withFI/CO, SD, and HCM
• Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder workshops andmanage complex requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations
• Exposure to SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)
• Experience in global template design and large-scaletransformation programs
• Knowledge of industry best practices in project executionand asset management
• SAP certifications in PS or PM
