Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to drive a major finance transformation in Singapore. You will lead end-to-end design, deployment, and optimization of S/4HANA FIMM modules, working closely with Group Finance Office and external partners.

The ideal candidate has 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA finance, strong advisory capabilities, and proven project leadership and change management skills to deliver scalable, finance-driven solutions

Job Role- SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant

Job Description-

We are seeking an experiencedSAPS/4HANA Finance Consultant to support a major finance transformation initiative within a leading healthcare organization in Singapore. The engagement is positioned directly under the Group Finance Office, with a strong focus on strategic advisory, system optimization, and end-to-end project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

You will drive finance strategies and harmonization across the group, lead the implementation and optimization ofSAPS/4HANA FIMM modules and related finance systems, and develop technology-driven approaches to enhance operational efficiencies. From a project management perspective, you will oversee theSAPS/4HANA FIMM implementation from a user group viewpoint, coordinating with the Group IT office, external delivery partners, and implementation teams. You will manage project timelines, resource allocations, risk mitigation, and budgets, ensuring business scenarios and operational rules are fully defined for design, testing, and deployment. Change management will also be central to your role, as you will be expected to drive adoption of the new finance systems across the organization, craft communication strategies, and oversee the rollout of end-user training. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will engage across complex business environments, mediate cross-functional discussions, and sustain close collaboration with both internal and external teams.

Profile Sought:

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in finance systems, covering financial, procurement, and material management functionalities. Ideal candidates will bring 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, blending deep technical expertise with the ability to advise finance leadership on solution options and realization strategies. Project and change management skills are crucial, together with strong interpersonal and communication abilities at all levels of seniority. Proven experience leadingSAPS/4HANA implementations, particularly within finance, is expected.
