Job summary

PRODIGI SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant to design, configure, implement, and enhance SAP Production Planning processes.

The role requires strong functional expertise in manufacturing and production planning, with a preference for SAP S/4HANA PP. You will gather requirements, configure SAP PP, ensure integration with MM/SD/QM/PM/EWM and FI/CO, and support migration, upgrades, and enhancements across global projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and SAP S/4HANA PP.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers and Master Data.
• Experience in integration with MM, SD, QM, PM, EWM, FI/CO.
• Experience in at least one SAP implementation or transformation project.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Configure and support SAP PP functionalities including MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and Production Orders.
• Support integration with MM, SD, QM, PM, EWM, and FI/CO.
• Assist S/4HANA implementation, migration, upgrade and enhancement projects.
• Perform testing (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve defects.
• Prepare functional specs and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of SAP Production Planning processes. The candidate should have strong functional expertise in manufacturing and production planning processes, with experience in SAP S/4HANA preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Configure and support SAP PP functionalities, including:
  • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
  • Master Data - Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, and Routings
  • Production Orders and Process Orders
  • Demand Management and Capacity Planning
  • Planned Independent Requirements (PIR)
  • Repetitive Manufacturing
  • Shop Floor Control
• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design effective SAP solutions.
• Integrate SAP PP with other modules such as MM, SD, QM, PM, EWM, and FI/CO.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams on custom developments.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP PP-related issues.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, and training materials.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Good understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and production processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA PP is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.
• Experience with integration across SAP modules, particularly MM, QM, PM, SD, and FI/CO.
• Experience in at least one or more SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in SAP PP or SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing is an advantage.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, or repetitive manufacturing environments.
• Experience working in global or large-scale SAP transformation programs.
