Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing Executive on a 12-month contract-renewable basis to support procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

You will focus on purchasing activities, inventory coordination, operational reporting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure supply continuity and efficient procurement processes. Exposure to SAP MM and cross-functional teamwork will be essential as you help manage supplier

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience using SAP MM.

Responsibilities

• Execute purchase orders for chemicals and related materials from intercompany and external suppliers.
• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries and supply continuity.
• Liaise with suppliers on order status, lead times, shipment schedules, and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation within SAP.
• Manage documentation related to purchases, shipments, inventory transactions, and supplier non-conformance cases.
