Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Purchasing Executive to support procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations in Singapore.

This 12-month contract-renewable role focuses on purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and operations within the chemicals distribution industry. Based at HarbourFront, you will process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, maintain SAP records, analyze spending and stock levels, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience in chemicals distribution or B2B environment is advantageous.
• Hands-on SAP MM experience.

Responsibilities

• Purchase orders and supplier coordination for chemicals and related materials.
• Monitor orders, lead times, shipments and discrepancies.
• Manage inventory, stock movements and SAP records.
• Prepare procurement, inventory, and KPI reports and support process improvements.
• Support admin and vendor coordination as needed.
