Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing Executive on a 12-month contract-renewable to support procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations at One North.

You will focus on purchasing activities, supplier coordination, SAP-based data maintenance, stock replenishment, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure supply continuity and timely deliveries, with a starting salary of SGD 3,600 to SGD 4,500.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, chemicals or B2B environment is advantageous. Hands-on SAP MM experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute purchase orders for chemicals and related materials from intercompany and external suppliers.
• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries and supply continuity.
• Liaise with suppliers on order status, lead times, shipment schedules, and discrepancies.
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation within SAP.
• Manage documentation related to purchases, shipments, inventory transactions, and supplier non-conformance cases.
• Review and verify freight quotations with freight forwarders.
• Support supplier performance monitoring and procurement efficiency improvements.
• Support inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordination with third-party logistics providers.
