Job summary

Antaes Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a SAP Master Data Specialist to contribute to Life Science projects, focusing on production master data, BOMs, recipes, and production versions, in a GMP-regulated environment.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Logistics to ensure accurate data across PPDS, QM, MM, WM/EWM, SD, and PM, while supporting regional system rollouts and data governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP experience focused on production master data and related modules.
• Experience with BOMs, master recipes and production versions in GMP environments.
• Understanding of how local master data affects downstream SAP modules (QM/PM/SD).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients.
• Maintain and govern SAP Local Master Data including Material Master, BOMs, Master Recipes, and Production Versions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for SAP support across PPDS, Process Order Execution, QM, MM, WM/EWM, SD, and PM.
• Monitor and support process order execution ensuring master data translates to shop-floor operations.
• Ensure master data aligns with GMP and MDG standards; participate in data cleansing and audits.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Logistics to resolve data bottlenecks and support regional rollouts.
• Promote Antaes services in client engagements.

Job Description:

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Maintain and govern SAP Local Master Data, specifically focusing on critical pharmaceutical production elements, including Material Master, Bills of Material (BOM), Master Recipes, and Production Versions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and SAP support across key operational modules: PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling), Process Order Execution, QM (Quality Management), MM (Materials Management), Warehouse (WM/EWM), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Monitor and support process order execution, ensuring that master data is correctly translating into seamless shop-floor operations and accurate warehouse movements.
• Ensure all master data aligns with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and global/regional Master Data Governance (MDG) standards. Participate in data cleansing, audits, and mass update initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics) across our manufacturing hubs to resolve data-related process bottlenecks and support regional system rollouts.
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of hands-on SAP experience specifically focused on production master data, process order execution, Warehouse, and MM modules.
• Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or strict manufacturing industries is highly preferred. Must understand the critical nature of recipes and BOMs in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Deep understanding of SAP manufacturing data structures and how local master data impacts down stream modules (QM, PM, SD).
• Adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Candidate must be highly motivated, be able to work independently as well as in a team and have good organizational and oral and written communication skills
