Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Functional Business Analyst Intern to configure, design, develop, implement and maintain SAP-based projects. You will provide consultancy, focus on SAP products, and strive for high-quality services and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include investigating SAP issues, testing amendments, proposing workarounds, estimating resources, and supporting UAT and project admin. This internship offers exposure to ERP systems within a leading AI tech services company.

Qualifications

Pursuing studies in Computer Science or related engineering fields.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel).
Knowledge in one or more frontend frameworks (HTML5/Angular/React JS).
Knowledge in one or more backend languages (Java/.NET/Python/PHP/C++).

Responsibilities

Investigate reported problems and errors within the SAP system.
Initiate amendments and conduct testing to ensure correct system operation.
Propose effective workarounds and alternative solutions.
Estimate resources and costs required to implement solutions.
Develop and execute unit test packages.
Perform data profiling and analyse affected data.
Assist in integration testing, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Prepare and maintain up-to-date system documentation.
Assist in project management administration.
Ensure overall client satisfaction.
