Job summary

PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS CONSULTING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect to drive end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, and post-go-live support.

You will lead client workshops, define architecture, and ensure integration with other SAP modules. The role requires 8–10 years of SAP FICO experience, exposure to large S/4HANA projects, and a strong background in GL, AP, AR, and related processes.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of SAP FICO solutioning experience.
• Experience in 3–5 large, complex SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, and controlling processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile delivery approaches.
• Hands-on experience in design & blueprinting, configuration & functional specifications, testing, data migration, and authorization concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as central solution architect, supporting opportunity qualification, solution definition, and client presentations.
• Support solution scoping, estimation, pricing, and proposal development for SAP FICO opportunities.
• Drive RFP/RFI responses, client workshops, and solution demos.
• Lead and manage SAP FICO implementations from blueprinting to post-go-live support.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Design and configure SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, and Internal Orders.
• Ensure end-to-end solution design aligned with client business and IT strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
• Drive design, blueprinting, configuration, and functional specification development.

About the role
You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. AsaSAP FICO Solution Architect, you will be part of theteam, supporting deal shaping, solution architecture, and delivery excellence while driving adoption of PwC methodologies and AI-led innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a central solution architect,supporting opportunity qualification, solution definition, and client presentations

• Manage unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution quality and stability

• Support data migration, authorization design, and cutover planning

• Provide end-user training, documentation, and change enablement support

• Manage post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Drive adoption of PwC delivery methodologies, frameworks, and accelerators

• Ensure adherence to architecture standards, governance, and quality practices

• Support milestone-based delivery and ensure timely execution of deliverables

• Champion AI adoption in pursuits and SAP finance solutions, including automation and intelligent insights

• Identify opportunities to embed AI, analytics, and digital capabilities into SAP offerings

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on finance transformation

• Lead client interactions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing

About You

• 8–10 years of SAP FICO solutioning experience

• Experience in 3–5 large, complex SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA

• Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, and controlling processes

• Sound understanding of FICO processes and ability to design optimized solutions using S/4HANA capabilities

• Experience with SAP ASAP or other accelerated implementation methodologies

• Hands-on experience in:

• Design & blueprinting

• Configuration & functional specifications

• Testing (unit, integration, UAT)

• Data migration & cutover

• Authorization concepts

• Strong client engagement and workshop facilitation skills

• Experience working with milestone-based delivery models

• Proven experience in presales, solutioning, and architecture roles

• Preferably with exposure to AI/ML, automation, or advanced analytics in finance transformation

• Knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile delivery approaches
