Job summary

viseo asia is seeking an experienced SAP FICO consultant in Singapore to translate business requirements into functional specifications and lead SAP FI/CO implementations or enhancements.

You will analyze processes, conduct UAT, coordinate with IT, business users and vendors, and ensure solutions align with finance and controlling needs across MM and other modules. Fluent English and regional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes, identify gaps and recommend system or process improvements.
• Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flow
• System integration and User Acceptance Test on SAP solutions.
• Evaluate the impact of proposed changes across integrated business processes.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Lead or support SAP-related projects and system enhancement initiatives from requirements through implementation.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate business users, IT teams, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, solution discussions and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate testing activities, defect resolution and deployment.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong knowledge of FI/CO business processes.
• Experience in SAP implementation, enhancement, roll-out, or support projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, business process analysis, and functional specification preparation.
• Experience in UAT, system integration testing, defect management, and deployment support.
• Good understanding of SAP integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
• Proven project delivery experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance experience is preferred.
• SAP FICO certification and PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are advantageous.
• Fluent English communication skills; regional travel may be required
