Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP implementation and consulting experience in banking.
• 3 full-cycle SAP implementations in banking domain or similar.
• Strong knowledge of FICO, MM, SD, and HCM modules; ABAP/BASIS familiarity.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or greenfield projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and regulatory/compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects across FICO, MM, SD, HCM, ABAP, and BASIS within a banking ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business and IT to gather requirements and design SAP solutions for banking operations.
• Configure SAP to support financial reporting, regulatory compliance, procurement, and HR.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP solutions across finance, procurement, HR, and compliance modules, ensuring alignment with complex regulatory and operational banking requirements. This role demands strong cross-functional knowledge, stakeholder management, and experience in managing full-cycle SAP implementations in high-compliance environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects across modules such asFICO, MM, SD, HCM, ABAP, and BASISwithin a banking ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design SAP solutions tailored to banking operations.
• Configure SAP systems to support business objectives in areas like financial reporting, regulatory compliance, procurement, and HR.
• Drive data migration, integration (with core banking systems), testing, training, and cutover activities.
• Provide expert-level support in SAP S/4HANA or ECC, ensuring high availability, performance, and secure operations.
• Ensure SAP solutions comply with banking regulations and internal audit/security standards.
• Work with development teams for enhancements, ABAP customizations, and technical integration.
• Conduct user training and change management initiatives during go-live and post-go-live phases.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience inSAP implementation and consulting, with at least3 full-cycle implementationsin thebanking domain.
• Deep functional knowledge in one or more SAP modules:FICO, MM, SD, HCM, with working knowledge ofABAP and BASIS.
• Experience withSAP S/4HANA migrations or greenfield implementations.
• Strong understanding ofbanking operations, compliance, and financial processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with integration of SAP withcore banking systems, loan management, treasury, and regulatory platforms.
• Professional certifications in relevant SAP modules are a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure tocloud-based SAP solutions(SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.)
• Prior experience working in regional banking transformation programs.
• Familiarity withAgile/Hybrid delivery models.
