Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming clinical trial sample shipments from couriers.
• Verify, open, and prepare inbound shipments for laboratory processing.
• Ensure specimens are maintained under correct temperatures on receipt.
• Scan and track shipments in internal databases with accuracy.
• Archive study documentation electronically using DMS.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies and misrouted deliveries.
• Assist with kit receipt and inventory, progressing to independent handling.
• Ensure timely delivery of samples and study kits to departments.
• Maintain audit trails and documentation of all activities.

Salary: Up to $3,500/month

Employment Type: Contract Position

Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday (5 days/week)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming clinical trial sample shipments from various couriers.
• Verify, open, and prepare inbound shipments for laboratory processing.
• Ensure specimens are maintained under appropriate temperature conditions upon receipt.
• Scan and track shipments accurately within internal databases.
• Archive study documentation electronically using document management systems.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies and misrouted deliveries.
• Support kit receipt and inventory processes, progressing to independent handling upon completion of training.
• Ensure timely delivery of samples and study kits to relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation of all activities.
• Adhere strictly to company SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with after-hours and on-call duties when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related disciplines
• Prior internship or laboratory experience will be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
