Qualifications

• Strong track record in customer service and client relationship management.
• Experience leading salon teams and managing operations, staff performance, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Maintain high standards of manicure and pedicure services across all service teams.
• Monitor service quality, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
• Manage salon schedules, staffing requirements, and operational workflows.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and tools are maintained and sanitized.
