Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the manicure and retail outlet.
• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services to customers, including nail care, nail shaping, cuticle care, and nail treatments.
• Recommend suitable nail care services and retail products based on customers’ needs.
• Supervise, train, and guide manicure staff to maintain service quality and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Manage appointment schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve service and retail sales targets.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and product display.
