Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow up with existing customers via outbound calls.

• Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide assistance where required.
• Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate service recovery.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
• Work closely with outlet teams to coordinate appointments and resolve customer issues.
