This hands-on internship covers tele-sales, lead follow-up, and converting prospects into appointments, with opportunities to learn sales techniques and customer service. Candidates may join as a Full-Time or Part-Time Internship, based in Orchard Area.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree or entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and making outbound calls.
• Strong English communication: clear, confident, professional.
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Organised and able to maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce treatments, promotions, and services.
• Engage new leads and encourage appointments.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Handle inbound enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms.
• Provide accurate information on treatments, promotions, and availability.
• Build rapport and maintain professional communication throughout the customer journey.
• Coordinate bookings and related requests with clinic team.
• Update CRM with interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Support ongoing sales campaigns and outreach activities.
