Ideal candidates are comfortable with outbound calls, weekend work, and delivering service recovery when needed, while keeping accurate call logs and collaborating with outlet teams.

Formación

• Experience in telemarketing or customer service.
• Beauty/facial industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up with existing customers via outbound calls and encourage return visits.
• Book, reschedule and confirm appointments.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide assistance where required.
• Manage customer complaints and provide service recovery.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
• Coordinate with outlet teams to resolve issues and align on bookings.
