Overview

NTT DATA is looking for a Salesforce Release Manager to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra (IN-MH), India. As a Salesforce Release Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end release management process for Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead other release specialists, coordinate release planning activities, maintain multiple Salesforce sandboxes, and utilize Copado for version control and release management.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Monitor and troubleshoot release-related issues; ensure adherence to best practices; maintain a detailed release calendar; and implement automation for the release process.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of release management experience with expertise in Copado.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce environments and development lifecycle; experience with CI/CD processes and tools; familiarity with Salesforce development frameworks.
• 5-10 years of experience in release and environment management, with at least 3+ years of Salesforce-specific release management leveraging Copado.
• Bachelor\'s degree or professional qualification in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Salesforce certifications (preferred).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools; data migration and environment refresh processes (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, effective communication skills, self-starting capabilities, time management, prioritization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Travel and Location

This role may require up to 15% travel and candidates must live within a commutable distance to specific cities.
