Qualifications

• Salesforce experience with exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Ability to create Lightning components (Aura knowledge required; LWC a plus).
• Expertise with configuration elements: Workflows, Validation Rules, Process Builder.
• Familiar with modern IDEs like VS Code and Git/Bitbucket.
• PSS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service level availability of the Salesforce platform and integration applications.
• Provide on-call support for break/fix/enhancement activities to resolve application issues.
• Implement customer-based solutions and develop on the platform using Apex and Visualforce.
• Assist with planning of application changes, development, and upgrades/releases.
