You will run stakeholder workshops, produce BRDs, support data readiness for system rollout, and participate in UAT to ensure readiness for local requirements.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent degree in a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand B2B processes across SMBs, corporates, and educational institutions.
• Document current and future state processes with regional nuances.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather and record business requirements.
• Produce process maps, gap analyses, and requirement documents.
• Assist with data readiness for system rollout and migration data validation.
• Support UAT and track issues to ensure system readiness for local requirements.
• Contribute to change management and training materials.
• Escalate blockers and risks to management.
